1. Do you know that you are saved? This means you have had an experience of being convicted, guilty, or ashamed before God. You acknowledge Jesus Christ’s work on the cross, His resurrection, and acceptance as the only begotten Son of God. Have you confessed your lost condition, asked for forgiveness, and committed your life to Jesus Christ, as described in Romans 10:9-13?

2. If not, do you want to be, or talk more about it?

3. Have you been obedient by being baptized? If you haven't, according to 1 Peter 3:21 you will struggle with doubt or conscience, and you won't experience growth or blessings in your service until you take that step.

4. Are you available to the Lord through routine bible study and prayer throughout the week, allowing for thought and personal insight?

5. Are you able to confidently have a personal bible study or prayer time?

6. Would you like to learn more about the bible or God’s will for your life?

7. Are you part of a body of believers and participating regularly in organized worship and learning?

8. Do they know you on a personal level and recognize when you are absent?

9. Do you feel like you can reach or connect with your pastor for guidance and asking questions?

10. Do you financially give regularly to the support of your church, missionary, or ministry?

11. Are you at peace with your giving?

12. Are you aware of your gift(s) and using that gift to serve a church or God’s kingdom?

13. Are you involved in a known sin, feeling trapped, or need help breaking free?

14. Are you omitting or disobedient with something you feel The Lord desires or expects of you?

15. Have you been emotionally injured or suffered a loss that is affecting your spirit, personal growth, or overall well-being, whether physically or spiritually?

16. Do you feel overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, confusion, or forgiving someone?

17. Are you struggling with a major decision or season of stress and pressure?

18. Do you feel like you need counseling, guidance, or even just a conversation?

19. Would you like a text, email, call, or Zoom meeting with Pastor Shane?

20. What would you prefer?

21. Will you share the city, state, or country you live in?
